The rhetoric does not erase-known horrors-the note of Vito Schepisi

Dear friends,

this is the note of my friend Vito Schepisi:

There is a peace that will never happen, and there is a proposal that is not reasonable of two peoples and two states, until the international community will continue to finance terrorist formations, without even asking in exchange for the cessation of violence and the certainty a real determination for peace. Without security, essential to the stability of a people, we can not demand that Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, to give up acting in its protection. The memory has its own reason unless it leads to correct errors and horrors of the past. Otherwise it is just rhetoric.. "

Now, I express my opinion. Here in Roncoferraro (in the Province of Mantua) were made demonstrations in memory of Holocaust victims. Events like this are made? 

I would say so.

Memory is a precious commodity to be protected, to avoid the risk of recurrence of a serious matter as the Holocaust.
However, it should be called something else. These commemorations are likely to become real manifestations of hypocrisy. In fact, many of those who today commemorate the victims of the Holocaust are the same people who attack Israel and on other days they do not challenge the policy of that state (which still is a policy that can not be challenged, because Israel is defended) but for prejudice against Jews. Hypocrisy is very shameful.

You can not define friends of Jews and then shoveling dung and throw it on Israel.
So, we do not do these sacrosanct commemorations of events that hypocrisy does not erase even the horrors that we were in Nazi Germany.
Indeed, an insult to Israel is also an insult to the memory of the Holocaust victims.
