TFP, Student Action, John Ritchie: "Shocking: Sweet Cakes by Melissa gets fined $135,000 for supporting God's marriage -- now the state issues gag order"

Dear friends,

please read this message that John Ritchie has sent to us, supporters of TFP Student Action:
Dear Antonio Gabriele,

The religious persecution is getting worse.

Remember the little bakery in Oregon -- Sweet Cakes by Melissa -- that politely refused to make a cake for a same-sex "wedding"?

Well, on July 2 the bakery was fined $135,000 for causing "emotional damage."

The Daily Signal explains:

"Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian finalized a preliminary ruling today ordering Aaron and Melissa Klein, the bakers who refused to make a cake for a same-sex wedding, to pay $135,000 in emotional damages to the couple they denied service."

"In the ruling, Avakian placed an effective gag order on the Kleins, ordering them to 'cease and desist' from speaking publicly about not wanting to bake cakes for same-sex weddings based on their Christian beliefs."

Wow. That was fast.

Persecution against those who cherish the Law of God is only growing after the U.S. Supreme Court's immoral ruling.

"This effectively strips us of all our first amendment rights," the Kleins wrote on their Facebook page. "According to the state of Oregon we neither have freedom of religion or freedom of speech."

Sign & spread this urgent message:

Tell the Klein family YOU support them

In fact, Mrs. Klein told Fox News that even her children received death threats for their Biblical stand in favor of natural marriage.

Breitbart.com also reported that the Klein's delivery car for the bakery was vandalized and broken into twice.

That's the real meaning of "tolerance."

But the Kleins are standing tall.

"We are here to obey God not man, and we will not conform to this world," they said. "If we were to lose everything it would be totally worth it for our Lord..."

I'm sure you understand...

We can't afford to allow the homosexual movement to bully us into silence or turn the Land of the Free into a Soviet gulag without virtue or moral values.

So tell the Klein family that you're praying for them

And remember to send this alert to all your friends. You will help us reach our goal of gathering 135,000 prayerful messages of support (to match the unjust fine).

Thank you for fighting the good fight,

John Ritchie

A pastry does not want to make a cake for the same sex marriage ... and she was made to close the bakery.
By now, we are facing the dictatorship of the "gender".
The gay lobby says he wants tolerance but in reality it is itself intolerant.
Best regards.

Cordiali saluti.
