I would like to be American!

Dear friends,

after this bad debate on the constitutional referendum will be there tomorrow here in Italy, I would want to leave Italy,  I would want to relocate to United States and I would waint to become a citizen of US.

Indeed, in my humble opinion, the American political system has proven to be the best.
Now, the US citizens elect their President of the Republic who is also head of government.
They elect the College of Electors, which ratify the election of the president.
In practice, there is no risk of break-even, but there is always a clear winner because there is not only based on the popular vote but also on the Electors that are taken by each candidate in each US state.
Who has the biggest voters wins.
So, if (ironically) the popular vote ended in a tie, there would still be a winner.
I also like the fact that in the US the election of the Congress (the equivalent of our Parliament) is separate from that of the Government and that it will go ahead regardless of the parliamentary majority.
The Government (which is chaired by the President of the Republic) may go ahead even if Congress has a majority made by a different party.
Of course, in such a situation, the Government would do a little 'hard work but it would remain standing.
In addition, the US is a country federalists, a confederation of autonomous states.
Remember one thing, the federalists countries have a lower tax burden than those centralists.
The tax burden in the US is around 28%. Here in Italy, however, it is around 44%.
I wish that Italy would become like the United States, a democracy that decides (really) and that (with a fair tax authorities) could encourage businesses and households.
