Canada: stand up for victims

I see the need for a fair justice is felt even in Canada, and not only here in Italy. A good justice should ensure both the certainty of punishment (for those who commit the offense), and both the legal certainty (for the victims of the offense). A good justice must be able to act on evidence of wrongdoing. reform put in place by the government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper goes in this direction. When you make a something like that here in Italy?  Sincerely. Italian: Vedo che l'esigenza di una giustizia giusta è sentita anche in Canada e non solo qui in Italia. Una buona giustizia deve garantire sia la certezza della pena (per chi commette il fatto illecito) e sia la certezza del diritto (per le vittime del fatto illecito). Una buona giustizia deve potere agire su prove certe di illecito. La riforma messa in atto dal Governo del Premier Stephen Harper va in questa direzione.
