The Events Committee Roncoferraro participates in the "Festival of Possenta"

the Events Committee Roncoferraro (in italian, Comitato Manifestazioni Roncoferraro) will participate in the "Festival of Possenta".

I collaborate with this association since january 2012.

The "Festival of Possenta" is a festival held in the town of Ceresara (Mantova) every third week of March.
The first document of this festival dates back to July 21, 1870.
It is located in the State of Mantua and also certifies its license to the unfolding of the event.
This year, the festival will begin March 20 and it will end on the day 24 of the same month.
In this event are also presented with the products the De.CO, the Municipal Designation of Origin, as the Cherries Ravioli of Possenta (typical of Ceresara) or Cotechino of Grazie (a village of the Muncipality of Curtatone where there is known Marian shrine ).
This year there will also be Roncoferraro,
As you know, the Municipality of Roncoferraro has two plates with De.CO, Risotto with saltarei (proposed by the Events Committee Barbassolo) and the Risotto with psina.
Psina is a small fish of paddy field.
Saltarei are shrimps of river. They are very small shrimps.
The Risotto with psina has been advocated by the Events Committee of Roncoferraro.
Sunday, March 22 risotto can be tasted, as can be tasted at the dinner-tasting there will be Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 PM.
Surely, if the risotto will be served at the "Festival of Possenta" will be equal to the various rice dishes I've had chance to eat until now, the Events Committee Roncoferraro make a beautiful image to itself.
