This anti-American hatred

Dear friends,

here in Italy (as in the rest of Europe), there is always a certain anti-American hatred.


They paint the US almost as if they were "the country of perdition" or "Land of the devil", from which "all the ills of the world are."
Now, I make an analysis and reflection.
Here the Italian anti- Americanism is present both in the areas of the left as in those that refer to fascism.
The communists are anti-American in the US because they see that capitalism who hate so much. "the fascists see the US company and the plutocratic Judaeo-Masonic inspiration.
and in this second vision there is an anti-Semitic connotation, a connotation that is not acceptable.
I remember that here in Italy there was the Italian Communist party, the strongest communist party in the West, which has created a hegemony in the trade unions, in schools, in universities and in the world of culture and of which the current Democratic Party and smaller parties of the left are heirs.
Now, I make my own reflection.
certainly, seeing things from Italy and Europe, say that in USA there is any contradiction.
For example, in the US there is a city that is the symbol par excellence of gambling, Las Vegas, but religion is deeply felt.
However, I would like to remember a few things.
I would like to recall, for example that militant atheism was not born in the uS but was born here in Europe, with the French Revolution of 1789 and with socialism.
I recall that in the US there have never been totalitarianism (as fascism, Nazism and communism) that so much damage (and deaths) have done.
In Europe, these totalitarianisms it was.
It is true that in the US have recognized the churches of Satan but it is also true that the vast majority of Americans are Christian and contrasts.
In addition, as I have written before , militant atheism was born here in Europe .
Europe is now in a good de-Christianized part.
here in Italy, things are still going well because there is a strong Church, although the North is now much more secularized the southern .
Here, in my parish, the parish of Roncoferraro, province of Mantua (Lombardy), the parish priest, father Alberto Bertozzi, had said that the average rate of the three Sunday masses (the mass of Saturday afternoon, which goes for Sundays , and the two Sunday masses) is 16%.
However, the baptized are not 16% of the settlements of Roncoferraro but there are many more.
However, when I go to Abruzzo (the land of my father) and Sicily (the land of my mother) I see the churches attended during the Mass.
In Sicily, you make big processions for patron saints, things that the North does not do more.
In the rest of Europe gets worse.
In countries like France, Belgium and Holland, churches closed (while opening new mosques) and northern Germany and the Scandinavian countries at times do not even know who Jesus Christ.
This Europe has disowned its roots in the Judeo-Christian tradition.
In addition, here in Europe there are Satanists and do damage. I remember those of the Black Metal Inner who in the '90s were burning churches in Norway.
In the US, however, the churches are always full at Sunday Mass and felt certain values, such as the defense of life.
These American Christians have courage.
Besides, if on the dollar bill it is written "In God we Trust" it is all a say.
