Face-off between Obama and Castro

read the article in the newspaper "Il Giornale" that is titled " Castro and Obama, historic handshake in Panama . "
Today in Panama opens the VII Summit of the Americas, the summit of the ' Organization of American States (OAS) and there was a historical fact: the handshake between US president Barack Hussein Obama and cuban president Raul Castro.
Now, This is historical fact.
Since 1961, relations between the US and Cuba were stopped.
There was also the embargo.
However, my hope is that Cuba changes and abandon communism.
Cuba must become a democracy, or for the United States of America could be yet another failure in foreign policy Obama era.
