To go on the state need a fair tax, a "fiscal fair play".
Ergo, to have a fair tax serve a bureaucracy streamlined and reduced public spending.
So, you can keep the IRS under control, businesses do not suffer, the poor diminish the few families remained poor can be helped.
Here in Italy, this is not yet understood.
