A recipe: Spaghetti Friday



Dear friends and friends,


I have here a quick recipe, a recipe from single (which are) who may not have been shopping.


This is my dish, Spaghetti Friday:

Ingredients for three people: 400 grams of spaghetti, 500 grams of tomato sauce, a tablespoon of double concentrated tomato, 110 grams of canned tuna, two anchovy fillets in oil a small onion or shallot, a clove of garlic. salt (to taste), olive oil (to taste) and a pinch of crushed red pepper. 
Method: Peel the onion and cut it into slices. Peel and cut the garlic into small pieces and put them in a pan with a little of olive oil . Fry the onion. When the onion is browned, put the anchovies and tuna. Sauté all together for about a minute and then put the tomato sauce and double tomato paste dissolved in a little of water. Add the red pepper. Cook the sauce until it shrinks. Adjust the salt. Meanwhile, boil salted water and put the dough.When the pasta is cooked (al dente), drain it, join it with the sauce in a pan and sauté. Serve

The idea of this dough I got also studying a bit the Italian-American cuisine, which is used to put the garlic in the sauce. I like to put two cloves of garlic. As my mother is suffering from blood pressure low, however, I put just one.This dish is cheap and you quickly. It may be fine for Christmas Eve, the day that you eat lean as you eat lean on Friday. Obviously, if it must be served to more people increase the amount of ingredients. Best regards and good appetite.
