An american case: Amy's Baking Company!

vi voglio parlare di quello che negli Stati Uniti d'America è diventato un vero e proprio caso nazionale.
Il caso in questione è quello del ristorante "Amy's Baking Company", un ristorante di Scottsdale, in Arizona.
Questo ristorante è stato protagonista dell'edizione americana della trasmissione "Kitchen Nightmares" , la trasmissione condotta dal noto chef Gordon Ramsay.
In America, la puntata è stata messa in onda il 10 maggio 2013.
Qui in Italia, la stessa puntata della stessa trasmissione è andata in onda il 1 ottobre 2013.
Nella versione italiana, Gordon Ramsay è doppiato da Diego Sabre.
Ora, come ha fatto nelle altre trasmissioni precedenti, Ramsay si è recato in quel ristorante per aiutarlo ad uscire dalla crisi.
Egli era stata chiamato dai proprietari, i coniugi Amy e Samy Bouzaglo.
Ramsay ha individuato subito il problema nella cucina ma Amy (che è la cuoca) si è messa a fare delle scenate a dir poco pietose, per negare il problema.
Suo marito Samy (che lavora in sala) è scortese con i clienti e con lo staff.
Se un cliente criticava la cucina, Samy lo buttava fuori dal ristorante in malo modo, arrivando quasi a minacciarlo fisicamente.
Inoltre, egli si prendeva tutte le mance dei camerieri e se qualcuno di loro aveva qualcosa da dire, Samy lo licenziava, umiliandolo.
A questo punto, Ramsay ha cercato invano di fare capire ai due titolari del ristorante che sbagliavano ma quelli continuavano a negare il problema e a colpevolizzare gli altri.
Alla fine, non potendo fare nulla, Ramsay se n'è andato.
Questi è stato l'unico caso in cui Ramsay ha lasciato la trasmissione senza portare a termine il proprio lavoro.
Ad un anno esatto, ieri sera, Ramsay ha riproposto il caso, che nel frattempo era diventato un vero e proprio "caso nazionale" negli Stati Uniti d'America.
Numerosi blog (tra cui "Yelp") hanno attaccato i due coniugi Amy e Samy ed il ristorante.
Sono stati fatti (addirittura) cartoni animati sulla vicenda.
Intanto, Amy e Samy sono diventati sempre più paranoici.
Per essersi intascata una mancia (cosa che, a differenza di quanto accade in Italia, nei Paesi anglosassoni è consuetudine) una cameriera è stata insultata (di fronte alla gente) e licenziata da Samy.
Amy e Samy sono arrivati a dire che la loro pagina di Facebook ha subito un attacco hacker.
Tra un po', quei due buffoni (non posso usare un altro termine per definire Amy e Samy) si metteranno a parlare di complotti giudaico-massonici contro di loro.
La gente va al ristorante più per vedere se quei due buffoni sono veramente tali che non per la cucina, che (da quello che riportano i clienti) è davvero terribile.
Oltretutto, il ristorante "Amy's Baking Company" cucina anche la pasta.
Da italiano che vive in Italia, se mi si tocca la pasta mi offendo.
Se io fossi stato un cliente dell'"Amy's Baking Company" e se mi avessero servito un piatto schifoso io mi sarei arrabbiato (anche perché i clienti pagano per avere buoni piatti) e se quell'energumeno di Samy avesse tentato di mettermi le mani addosso io sarei finito in galera ma lui sarebbe finito all'ospedale.
Io non sono un uomo violento ma, se qualcuno tentasse di farmi del male, io mi difenderei,
Il caso "Amy's Baking Company" è un esempio di scarsa professionalità.
Amy e Samy dovrebbero imparare a rispettare gli altri e che il cliente ha sempre ragione.
Questa è una delle prime regole della ristorazione.
Per Amy e Samy, qualcuno chiami il 911, che qui in Italia è il 118, e li faccia portare al manicomio.
