Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto sing “O Canada”

Dear friends,

in memory of Nathan Cyril, the Italian-Canadian soldier killed by islamic terrorists in Ottawa, during the gunfight, the cities of Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto sing the Canadian anthem, "O Canada" and the US, "The Star Spangled Banner. "

I thank my friend and co-worker Stephanie Caracciolo Arriera Tamagno video.
Canadians are a people. In the face of such a tragedy, join, regardless of whether they are English-speaking or French-speaking, or liberal or conservative. They feel part of the their country and the reality of the American continent. Here in Italy, however, there are those who whistle when singing the national anthem (the Italian anthem) to commemorate the victims of terrorism. I will never forget what happened here in Mantua in 2003, when, in the aftermath of the attack in Nasiriyah, a part of the ultras of football club of Mantua was booed during the national anthem which was sung for the victims of the attack. In Livorno, Livorno's fans had done the same. Moreover, the fact the member of Parliament of Movimento 5 Stelle Emanuela Corda had asked him to also commemorate the Islamic terrorist attack in Nasiriyah author shows what kind of a country of fools and asses we have become. Thank you Canada, for the lesson you have given us.
Best regards.
