Last week Stephen Harper showed what it means to be a leader on the world stage.

He delivered a powerful and inspiring speech before the United Nations General Assembly, where he restated our nation’s strong stance against the forces of terrorism, and affirmed Canada’s commitment to the Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Initiative.
