Current Prophecies? They need a check!
I thank the friend and partner Stephanie Caracciolo who pointed me this video of the Facebook page " Proud to be American ".
The video shows the "prophecies" about the current end of the world.
Now, I think about every thing should always be careful checks.
Even the prophecies of Michel de Notre Dame (better known as Nostradamus, 14 or 21 December 1503-2 July 1566) does not always had a basis in reality.
Perhaps, they were misinterpreted.
The same holds true for the prophecies attributed to St. Malachy (1095-2 November 1148).
The prophecies became real obsessions.
Even the scientist Isaac Newton had an obsession with the prophecies (25 December 1642-20 March 1727).
He wanted to try to decrypt the Apocalypse using numbers.
I always think that these "prophecies" are to be taken with caution and that we should check.
I am catholic. I believe in God, in Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit and the Church.
Just because I believe, I say that we must discern what is true and what is false.
Sometimes, certain "prophecies" can be dangerous.
